What's the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A regular clean maintains tidiness — surfaces, hoovering, mopping. A deep clean tackles everything: inside appliances, behind furniture, limescale, grout, cobwebs, light fittings, skirting boards. It's a full reset.
How long does a deep clean take?
Typically 4-6 hours for a 2-3 bed property depending on condition. We send a team so it's done in one visit.
Do you use steam cleaning?
Yes. We steam clean kitchens and bathrooms as standard on every deep clean. It sanitises surfaces without harsh chemicals and removes embedded grease and limescale.
Are your cleaners insured and vetted?
Every cleaner is fully insured with public liability cover, DBS checked, and personally vetted before their first job.
Can I book a recurring clean after?
Absolutely. Many of our customers start with a deep clean then switch to weekly or fortnightly. We'll discuss this on the call and can bundle it for a better rate.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. We can arrange key collection or lockbox access. We'll confirm the details on our call.
